We have designed a series of financial management and accounting courses for those who would like to participate in a training programme.
In addition to the standard programmes we can of course also design a programme especially for your organisation.
Who should attend? The range is unlimited: salespeople, administrators, budget holders, business managers, civil servants, retailers, business owners, anyone at any level who has an interest in, or needs to understand, the language and scope of financial management and accounting

By the end of each programme all participants will have the confidence to use the tools and techniques of financial managment and accounting.
Introducing Accounting: A two day workshop aimed at those who would like to understand the world of double entry book-keeping, trial balances, General and Nominal ledgers, cash flow, discounted cash flow, Profit and Loss and the Balance Sheet - and of course the language of accounting!Financial Management for Non Financial Managers: A two day workshop that covers Profit and Loss, the Balance Sheet, sources of Capital, key financial ratios, the language of shares, managing short and long term cash flow, costing, breaking even and budgetary management - and of course the language of financial management!
Budgeting: A two programme that explores the whole range of budgeting techniques from budgeting principles and budget organisation to static, zero and flexible budgeting. The programme stresses the differences in style and technique to operational vs. capital budgeting - and of course the language of budgeting!
Other commercial skills training ranging from sales and marketing all the way to negotiation skills, account management, project management and communication skills.
Investment: £1,200 per day for team sessions. Prices exclude VAT and any other local sales tax. The price does include the personalised delegate workbook but not venue costs, equipment hire, travel and accommodation.
