Coaching in Financial Management
Our coaching is (mainly) aimed at improving individual knowledge and confidence in financial management and accounting. Our coaching support is focused on those who have not got the time (or the inclination!) to attend a "regular" finance training event.
Here is how it works:
Step 1. We agree the topics that you wish to cover. Here are just a few examples:
Basic Acounting - Double Entry Book-Keeping - Trial Balances - Posting
Balance Sheets - Reading financial reports - managing assets and liabilities -
the language of costing - Discounted cash flow - GAAP and IFRS -
budgeting and forecasting - working capital - Competitive analysis - shares -
Profit and Loss (Income and Expenditure Statements) - breaking even
However the coaching is built around you, not us. You decide!
Step 2. We agree the coaching duration (as short as an hour or as long as you wish!)
Step 3. We run the coaching session(s).
Step 4. We then provide on-going email and telephone support.

It's simple, easy and very, very effective.
Coaching can be either 1 to 1 or team based. It can also be a mix of them both. It is always confidential and can continue for as long (or as short) a time as as you wish.
Coaching can be delivered face to face (clearly the best way at the start) and by telephone and email for continued support. We will work out your plan with you so it reinforces your life rather than taking it over!
We use practical and well tried coaching methods and analytical techniques (we do not indulge in pyscho-babble) as part of planned series of events and sessions. You must be prepared to commit to the actions that arise from your coaching - no different to an athlete.
We will agree achievable goals all the way through that are in line with your personal ambition. The combination of commitment and realistic goals will get you where you want to be.

Investment: £150 per hour. Prices exclude VAT and any other local sales tax. The price does include the personalised delegate workbook but not venue costs, equipment hire, travel and accommodation.
One more thing, we never charge you when we first meet you - we prefer to get to know you (and you us) before we really get going!
